5 Things About Me

1. I have a BSC with Honors in Applied Sports and Exercise Science

2. I have recently moved to Switzerland from Scotland to live with my fiancé so I guess I am a bit of a romantic.

3. My shoulders love to take short walks outside of their sockets which has led to multiple shoulder surgeries, coincidentally these shoulder surgeries are what inspired me to learn more about fitness and health.

4. I have a military background having spent 3 years working in the Royal Air Force. 

5. If I am not outside dying in the extreme heat of this countries summer then you can find me inside playing a variety of video games
